These include but are not limited to emotional support, creating an environment that supports healing at home, and monthly parent support groups. These postpartum doula services are for any postpartum mamas looking for in home support during the day. I offer personalized visits where you choose how you would best feel supported. Our time will consist of emotional support, postpartum meal prep, and/or housework so you can focus on healing and taking care of your newborn.
Services start a minimum of 3 hours per visit.
Overnight postpartum doula services are for any families looking for in home support during the night. I offer night time support, feeding and caring for baby so that you can get the rest you deserve. I am also able to do light house work if needed.
These postpartum doula services are for any postpartum mamas needing support after childbirth but not wanting someone in their home. I offer personalized virtual visits to collect resources, answer any questions you may have, and be an emotional support.
Services start a minimum of two 1 hour visits for virtual doula support.

As a postpartum doula, I offer emotional, physical and household support to help you be able to focus on healing and bonding with your newborn.
I am a certified postpartum doula with Global Birth Community. I have many hours of helping new moms and newborns as well as being a mom of two myself.
I believe that how you choose to parent is up to you. If you have any specific cultural or religious practices or preferences that would be helpful for me to be aware of while I am in your home, I would love to know that so I can respect your choices.
I serve Lancaster County, Chester County and Berks County, PA. My range is 30 or so minutes from my home in Narvon, PA.
My minimum hours for postpartum doula work is so that I am able to best serve you and make the most of both of our time together.
